A small leak in this rental has unfortunately led to a saturated floor. We removed the old flooring and took out the failing toilet.
Back to a working bathroom!
We plyed the floor and boxed in the pipes, installed the new toilet laid the new vinyl and siliconed the perimeter. Job done
